First time using them and would definitely recommend. Came out quickly and rectified the problem for a great price.

Did an amazing job to our roof, talked through all options, didn’t try to hard sell expensive options. Keep us fully up to date. Roof looks like new. On top of all this a thoroughly nice guy.

First time using this company and will definitely be using again, can’t fault them in anyway, would highly recommend!!!

So pleased with the work that Ad roofing provided. The guys were amazing. Derek was so quick at responding to me. I had requested a quote for a leak in the roof and to replace gutters, within 3 days they had completed the job. Fantastic communication, professional and just genuinely honest nice guys who want to provide you a good service. They were very reasonably priced with high quality standards. We will definitely be using them again and I will 100% recommend them to others.

Brilliant service from quote to completion. I was kept updated throughout the whole job and the guys did fantastic work in awful weather. I would highly recommend this company.

Contacted AD roofing following the large storm in January where a neighbouring property had two chimney pots hit our roof. From that point we have had every faith in Derek & Arran. Our property isn’t the easiest due to age & access. This was no problem for them. They organised everything from scaffolding, permits & material. Arrived when they said they would and done repairs plus extra work to bring our roof up in maintenance. They even organised a stone mason to finish our chimney in sand stone that’s currently here and made it like new.

Phoned Derek as a friend had used his company and recommended him. It was a small job to fix a piece of dry verge that had come loose. He came out that night, quoted me for the repair, communication was fantastic, job was done when said it would be. I will be using AD roofing for all future works, cleaning and maintenance of our roof. Very friendly, approachable and an honest tradesman, I can highly recommend AD roofing to all my friends and family. Thanks again guys.

Fantastic team came out and replaced my attic window after a crow dropped a stone onto it and smashed the glass. They are very polite and left my property clean and tidy. Highly recommend these guys.

Derek and his team were quick to respond and come do repair work for me. Great service, thanks again.

Great service from Derek and the guys. I had part of the flat roof replaced after storm damage. They did a top notch job and are really great guys to deal with. Would definitely use them again for any jobs needing done.

Derek and his team were great, very responsive and diligent. While replacing a couple of fallen tiles, they spotted some further damage on another roof that they also quickly rectified. Very grateful for their work!

Great fast response from Derek and the guys, very fair price, friendly/easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and certainly will be using their service again for any future work.

Great service today. Aerial taken down due to it resting on my neighbour’s new roof and also a tile on my roof put back into place. Communication throughout has been perfect and such a lovely bunch of guys. I will definitely contact again if I need any roof work done in the future. Thanks again.

Boys done a cracking job, worked like trojans, kept me in the loop all the way through. Decent price as well! Thanks chaps.

Great work from AD roofing, will use again. Came out the following day I enquired, and repaired roof tiles for me and my neighbour that same day. Stand up guys, would highly recommend.

Following the storm a few weeks back I had some wild quotes and failed turn ups. Derek was here first thing in the morning like he said, reasonable, fair and did the job, with constant communication. I would highly recommend. Thanks Derek and the team.

We experienced water ingress in our garage and front porch which are situated directly underneath our “basin” balcony. Problem was identified with the brickwork/feature stone pointing and remedied quickly and efficiently by the AD team. Professional service from start to finish!

Great from start to finish. Open and honest about all costing. Guys are quick and clean with their work. Full ridge re-point, full dry verge replacement, Velux window replacement and new guttering all done to the highest standard. Would happily recommend and will get Derek and the guys back for more work in the future.

Quick to come out and replace broken roof tile after the storm. Kept in touch and very reasonably priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again if needed.

Had a ridge tile come loose during Éowyn. AD came out quickly to reset it so that it won’t come down in the next storm. Thank you, will definitely keep them in mind for future work!

I was really impressed with the service this company provided. Had a couple of ridge tiles off during the storm. Extremely quick response to my message and came out the following day to provide a quote. Work carried out to a great standard and excellent price! Would definitely use their services in the future!

Great help fixing the roof after storm damage, nothing was too much hassle! Kept in touch throughout it all and great job done! Thank you! Will definitely keep them in mind for future work!

Brilliant service, fixed some hip tiles back on after a storm took them off. Friendly and professional, while up there they also noticed another broken tile and offered to fix it at no extra cost. Will definitely use for future work and would recommend to anyone wanting work on their roof.

Derek and Aaron came out on a Sunday when we had water coming into the loft. They quickly found the problem and fixed it, while also checking the rest of the roof. We were impressed with their service and so got them to replace our gutters which they did with the help of James, their third team member. They did an amazing job using a quality product and cleaned all the fascias and any mess when done. They are extremely nice guys who work well and professionally together. We have arranged for them to come back to do some more work for us and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service from Derek and his team. Arrived on time, very helpful and explained what needed done, they done a great job and tidied up after, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service… managed to fit me in before the oncoming storm. Pointing re-done, re-tiled missing slates and fixed chimney. Lads were lovely… arrived on time and let me know what was needed at all stages. Would highly recommend.

Derek and his team came out when they said they would, did the work, tidied up. Friendly, helpful guys. Would definitely recommend them, and would go to them again if I needed anything else sorted. Thanks Derek.

Derek and the team have recently completed a roof clean for me. In addition, they sourced and replaced broken tiles for no additional charge. They arrived promptly and kept me up to date with progress. I am very happy with the work done and the clean up they completed at the end. Would definitely recommend.

Derek, Aaron and James did a fantastic job of all roof tasks, full roof clean, roof repointed and all gutter maintenance. There was no mess, they arrived on time when scheduled, the price was less than what we had been quoted 3 times before, they are a reliable and trustworthy bunch, great job all round and would recommend.

Derek came out super fast even on Hogmanay when we had water ingress to the house. He managed to do an emergency repair for us and was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Derek and his team have been brilliant from day one. They kept in regular contact so I knew when the job was being done and timescales involved. We had to delay putting chicken wire round the solar panels because of nesting chicks but they kept checking and when it could be done they were round and got the job completed. There are so many cowboys out there who will pressure wash tiles which can often do more harm than good. I was glad to find a roofer who straight away said they needed to be hand cleaned with a wire brush (as a surveyor this is exactly what I wanted to hear) and Derek’s team worked tirelessly to make sure the job was done right. Special shout out to James who was involved every day and fuelled with some coffee and biscuits worked incredibly hard. I would not hesitate to recommend AD roofing – top class.

The team were great from start to finish! Kept me well informed of the work they were doing and any issues they came across with the roof. The minor issues they did find they worked quickly to resolve for us. The time spent hand clearing the roof made such a difference, it looks brand new again. In addition to clearing the roof and gutters the team did a fantastic job pressure washing the drive and patio. I would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic job cleaning our roof & fixing some work done by another roofer! Friendly and professional service.

Reasonable price, good tidy job. On time, very accommodating, could not do enough. Overall excellent!!!

Great job cleaning moss off the roof and replacing a few broken tiles. Very happy with the work carried out. Highly recommend.

Amazing job! Reliable guys and great price.
